Yoga in het Park

This summer there will be fun yoga classes every tuesday except on the 24th of August.

The yoga in the park will be on tuesday at 17.45 and at 19.00 and it will be at the plantsoen, see the map on this post for the exact location.

Feel Free to join, the classes are for everybody, all levels so feel free to bring friends.

We will be practising all sorts of fun and relaxing things this summer.

For the Yoga you need a yogamat or a big towel, which you can order for example at yogashop.  The prices of the classes are the same as they are for the tuesday class, see here for more info.
