Start the Autumn feeling relaxed!
As we gently part with the summer, we move into the season when trees release their leaves. The leaves gain their beautiful red and yellow colors, and let go of the branch to return to the earth. The same it is with us, as we move into the autumn. It is our time to let go of tension in our muscles, stress in our heads and pains in the back. Let us practice yoga together, and find those parts of our body that need some care

From November onwards, classes are given on friday instead of tuesday from 17.45 to 19:00
