What can I see a coach for?

Basically the things you’d like to change, for instance if you feel depressed and you want to feel good then a coach can help you to feel good again. I coach people with stress , depression, anxiety, burn out’s, career change  and so on.

How does coaching work?

I coach in a very solution focused way. You establish what you want changing and that can be anything from insecurities to ineffective time management. Then we’ll work out what you would like to achieve, what kind of results you do want to get and then I will specifically coach you to get those results. As a coach I use techniques from NLP, provocative therapy, timeline therapy, clean space. I’ve been trained to be a coach through the Society of NLP aswell as following many workshops in the personal development field. I use humour in my coaching. Coaching differs from therapy in the way that I will not talk about what happened when you were four , I’m interested in what’s happening now and how you can change now.

Does coaching work

Or will I get the results I want? If your aim is to be an olympic rowing champion after one coaching session then maybe not. Changing is something that happens all the time and all you do in coaching is that you’re more specific in what you change and it then change can happen more quickly. The way I coach is focused on solutions and therefore it’s likely that you’ll feel happy about changing or a sense of relief or confidence about changing. Changing can be easy and does not have to go with a lot of drama.
How much time will it take?

1 to 5 coaching sessions normally. A lot of things will change quickly. If you’ve ever had that sensationg of “the penny dropped” then you’ll know that when the penny drops things go really fast.

What does it cost?

75 euros an hour including VAT (BTW).

How do I make an appointment with you?

You can email me at kate@feelfree.nu with your phone number and name and I will ring you back and we’ll make an appointment.

Uitgangspunten

Read the rest of this entry »
