What is Alignment Yoga?

Alignment Yoga is a mix between the more flow based Vinyasa and the Critical Alignment yoga. Alignment Yoga is aimed at helping you to feel more relaxed by releasing the tensions which you have built up in your  body due to stress and  bad posture. The yoga positions or asanas are built up  using both strength and relaxation, so that your body posture will improve because the posture muscles which help you to maintain a good posture are trained and excess tension in your body will be released by using specific relaxation excercises. The relaxation part will help you to feel more flexible in your body aswell as in your attitude.
